  We spent the week of July 30 thru August 6, 2016 at Forever Summer, we made the decision last minute so I wasn't really sure how easy the renting process would be with such short notice and us being in NC. Debi at Sato Real Estate as well as the whole staff made the process very easy and their great customer service continued after we arrived. Now about the property, it was beautiful and well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. The layout of the home was very convenient, the pool was well maintained and beautiful. the location of the home was very convenient and central to everything on Anna Maria Island. We had an awesome vacation and are already planning our return for next year.

  If you asked me what was the worst possible way to run a business, I would tell you Sato. We arrived on the island on Thursday, stayed at a wonderful place called Sand and Sea for two days, and moved to a Sato place. We've rented from them for years, and the check-in time was always about 3:00 pm. They would call us at 10:00 am to tell it was ready. But this time, we parked outside at about noon. No one has called us. Me, my mom, and my brother were now standing outside by 12:30. My dad goes to get the keys, and he's gone maybe two minutes before this tall dude walks up and says, " I'm here for the grill." THAT GRILL HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED BY YOU PEOPLE, IN FOUR YEARS! Which, by the way, is disgusting. The he dumps it out, God knows where, and five minutes later, some cleaning lady shows up for, guess what? THE GRILL! That's what we've been waiting for, you to clean that grill?! My mom actually said that and Grill Lady responds, " No, this place is ready." Why are we outside right now then? My dad comes back and tells us, " They won't give me keys." By 1:30, we are still waiting. Still won't give the keys because of THE GRILL! God dang it grill! So we go back to Sato's office, and get the keys. WE WERE LET INTO THE HOUSE AT 2:30! Still before the check in time though so... Service was awful, the employees were very unfriendly. Bottom line, will never give them my business again.
